Find ABCDE: Lower Secondary Mathematics Competition Question

A five-digit number ABCDE is made using one each of the numerals 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5. The three-digit number ABC is divisible by 3, the number BCD is divisible by 4 and CDE is divisible by 5. Find all possible solutions of ABCDE and calculate their sum.
